WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. \u2014 Purdue\u2019s Office of Research is accepting nominations for the 2026 Excellence in Research Awards, the university\u2019s highest honors for research and scholarly achievement. The three awards are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Awardees receive a cash prize to support their ongoing scholarly activities and are invited to present their work in May at the Excellence in Research Awards Lectures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Recipients are nominated by their colleagues, recommended by a faculty committee, and approved by the executive vice president for research and Purdue\u2019s president. The deadline for nominations is Dec. 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
