{"id":19930,"date":"2026-02-19T08:11:51","date_gmt":"2026-02-19T13:11:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.purdue.edu\/newsroom\/?p=19930"},"modified":"2026-02-19T08:57:56","modified_gmt":"2026-02-19T13:57:56","slug":"purdues-kelly-hiller-named-2026-inspiring-women-honoree-by-campaign-us","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.purdue.edu\/newsroom\/2026\/Q1\/purdues-kelly-hiller-named-2026-inspiring-women-honoree-by-campaign-us","title":{"rendered":"Purdue\u2019s Kelly Hiller named 2026 Inspiring Women honoree by Campaign US"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. \u2014 <a href=\"https:\/\/marcom.purdue.edu\/about\/our-team\/kelly-hiller\/\">Kelly Hiller<\/a>, Purdue University\u2019s chief marketing officer, has been selected as a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.campaignlive.com\/article\/campaign-us-reveals-2026-inspiring-women\/1948466\">2026 Inspiring Women<\/a> honoree by Campaign US \u2014 a recognition that celebrates leaders and rising stars breaking boundaries across creativity, media, technology and communications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hiller leads Purdue Brand Studio, the university\u2019s centralized in-house brand and marketing agency, and was recognized for advancing bold, barrier-breaking brand strategies that have reshaped how public universities build and activate their brands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cKelly is an exceptional leader whose vision consistently elevates Purdue\u2019s voice on a national stage,\u201d President Mung Chiang said. \u201cHer work not only advances our university but also sets a standard for how organizations communicate with impact.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As CMO, Hiller led a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.purdue.edu\/newsroom\/2024\/Q3\/purdue-marketing-launches-rebrand-as-universitys-internal-marketing-agency\/\">cultural transformation<\/a> that unified strategy, brand and creative under Purdue Brand Studio\u2019s collaborative model, setting a new standard for higher education marketing through record-breaking activations and new content formats. Her efforts have led to <a href=\"https:\/\/marcom.purdue.edu\/impact\/recognition\/\">national recognition<\/a> for Purdue, including No. 6 Agency in the World by Muse (2025), No. 1 Most Recognized Public University in the U.S. by American Caldwell (2025) and four consecutive &#8220;Brands That Matter&#8221; honors from Fast Company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hiller is being recognized alongside marketing executives from Ancestry, Patr\u00f3n Tequila, Samsung Electronics America and Ulta Beauty, placing Purdue among major global consumer brands and underscoring the university\u2019s growing influence on the national marketing stage.
