Why did you choose Purdue?

My parents were Boilermakers. I’d been coming to Purdue several times a year since I was two. It felt like home. Not to mention that the reputation of Purdue is unmatched. It was an easy choice.

Most memorable experience at Purdue?

I love Purdue sports. Watching our football team beat Ohio State 49-20 was the highlight of my college experience. The way our Boilermaker community came together for Tyler Trent was truly touching.

What’s something you didn’t expect while at Purdue?

Coming to a large university like Purdue can be intimidating, but everyone does a great job at making a large campus feel like home. I was surprised to find professors who genuinely care about students and their success at Purdue and beyond.

What’s your favorite spot on campus?

I love the Purdue Memorial Union. It’s a place where people come together to collaborate on projects, find a job or catch up with their friends.

My small step in ______ at Purdue will help me achieve my giant leap of ______.

My small step in involvement at Purdue will help me achieve my giant leap of leadership in a full-time position after graduation. Employers love candidates who can articulate their leadership experiences and there’s plenty of opportunity for that here at Purdue.

Why should other students consider Purdue?

Purdue is a strong academic institution with infinite opportunities for students to get involved in and out of the classroom. You’ll find professors who truly care about their students and want to make the world a better place with research and innovation.

What’s a fun fact about you that not everyone may know?

I love mustard! I put it on everything. Hot dogs, sandwiches, chicken tenders, etc.
