Opinion columnist Peggy Noonan to join President Daniels for Purdue Presidential Lecture Series event

Pulitzer Prize-winning opinion columnist Peggy Noonan, who has been called the “voice of our times,” will bring her pointed pen and gift of giving presidents their words to Purdue University’s campus for the next Presidential Lecture Series. The event with President Mitch Daniels will be 6 p.m. Oct. 17 in Stewart Center’s Fowler Hall.

National Pan-Hellenic Council: Nigel’s story

This video, which is closing in on 600,000 views, features Purdue University’s Nigel Taylor sharing how the historically Black Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. has been a true place of belonging for him on campus. Purdue hosts seven of the National Pan-Hellenic Council’s (NPHC) nine organizations.

Purdue Polytechnic High Schools plan expansion to Pike Township

Building off the success of its existing locations, Purdue Polytechnic High Schools, in partnership with Purdue University, announced plans to spread its innovative school model and STEM-focused education curriculum to a third Indianapolis location. The charter school’s new site will be located in Pike Township on Indianapolis’ northwest side and is expected to open in time for the 2023-24 academic year.
