Purdue police ask motorists to keep vehicles in temporary parking locations

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. — Purdue University police ask motorists to continue to use the temporary campus parking locations while crews work to clear snow from roads.

Until communicated otherwise, individuals should not use on-street parking on the following roads:

• Russell Street.
• Martin Jischke Drive.
• State Street between Martin Jischke Drive and McCutcheon Drive.
• First, Third, Fourth, Fifth and Sixth streets.
• Tower Drive.
• Hilltop Drive.
• McCutcheon Drive.
• MacArthur Drive.
• Airport Road.

The following areas continue to be available for temporary parking with relaxed parking enforcement:

·       McCutcheon Drive Parking Garage.

·       The north end of the Córdova Recreational Sports Center lot (near Stadium Avenue).

·       The north end of the R Lot (located north of Ross-Ade Stadium).

·       Discovery Park lot (off Nimitz Drive and South Martin Jischke Drive).

The timeline for resuming regular parking activities and enforcement continues to be evaluated and will be communicated soon.
