Purdue to host dining, catering job fair on July 27

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – Purdue will host a job fair on Monday (July 27) geared toward filling more than 70 open dining and catering positions at the university in preparation for the fall semester.
The event, hosted by Purdue's human resources talent acquisition area, will be from 1-3 p.m. and 5-7 p.m. at McCutcheon Residence Hall, 400 McCutcheon Drive, West Lafayette.
The fair is open to those with a minimum of one year of food service experience and will focus on dining court, retail and catering positions. Attendees will be able to meet hiring supervisors and participate in open interviews.
Full-time benefits-eligible dining positions begin at $10.30 per hour. Temporary positions are also available for those interested in part-time, flexible schedules.
Those attending the fair also will be able to get information on Purdue benefits and how to apply at Purdue.
