President Daniels' open letter to Purdue

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - One year ago today, President Mitch Daniels began his tenure as Purdue's president. Soon after his arrival, he penned an open letter to the Purdue community outlining his thoughts on higher education and his vision for the coming year.

Today, Daniels sent another open letter to the community with updates on successes of the past year as well as a look forward. Daniels continues to pledge to keep a college education affordable and of high value to students and their families. He pledges to hold tuition steady and to reward ideas and innovation.
