IT management firm becomes tenant in Purdue Research Park

MERRILLVILLE, Ind. - Companies needing IT management assistance may benefit from a new tenant in the Purdue Research Park of Northwest Indiana that provides consulting, infrastructure and compliance services.

Expedio Technologies Inc. was founded by Kathyjo Shay. She said small- and mid-sized companies face the same technology challenges as larger companies, but may not have access to the same resources.

"All companies are faced with tighter margins and increased competition. This, along with more onerous regulations and reporting requirements, make it more difficult for companies to prosper," she said. "There often are efficiencies available through the proper use of technology, yet many companies are not aware of them."

The employees at Expedio Technologies have more than 20 years of experience in IT management, working with companies in several industries including manufacturing, transportation, property management and construction materials production.
