Chicago's Second City comedy troupe to perform at Purdue

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - Chicago's famed sketch comedy theatre, The Second City, will perform at 7 p.m. Feb. 21 at Purdue's Loeb Playhouse, part of The Second City Goes to College tour.
After 50 years of delivering Chicago-style comedy, the new show, sponsored by the Purdue Student Union Board, features archival and original material about life on and off campus.
With scripted and improvisational elements, audiences enjoy being part of the show and playing along with the next generation of comic legends. Second City's alumni list includes Tina Fey, Stephen Colbert, Steve Carrell, Chris Farley, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Dan Aykroyd, Bill Murray, John Belushi, John Candy, George Wendt and Gilda Radner.
Tickets are $5 with Purdue University student ID and $20 for general admission, and are available at the Loeb ticket office.
