Purdue, community officials to introduce new site for downtown art gallery

Re: Officials to visit new site for Purdue gallery in downtown Lafayette

When: 3 p.m. Thursday (July 12)

Where: Perrin Building, 330 Main St.

Purdue University and community officials on Thursday (July 12) will visit the location that will serve as the new home for a Purdue art gallery in the heart of downtown Lafayette. Those attending will discuss plans for the gallery.

Those scheduled to take part include:

* France A. Córdova, Purdue president

* Irwin Weiser, the Justin S. Morrill Dean of the College of Liberal Arts

* Tony Roswarski, Lafayette mayor

* Mike Raisor, owner of the building

A news release about the gallery will be available for journalists attending the event.
