Adam Hagen (Academic Technologies): Adam Hagen went out of his way to provide great customer service, when I had a problem involving PAL 2.0 on my phone. We traded e-mails for a few days, and he stayed with it, always coming back with suggested solutions. He offered to meet me at my office to work through the problem. We ended up meeting at his office during his lunch hour, and he was able to resolve the issue and get the phone cleared of the problem and still connected to PAL.
