Thumbs Up

Sue Provo and Marcia Dillman

Sue Provo and Marcia Dillman (both Physical Facilities): On behalf of Administrative Operations, we would like to thank Sue and Marcia for going well beyond expectations by coming to our rescue when a printer unexpectedly ran out of toner in the middle of multiple print jobs at the end of the day. Within 45 minutes of contacting them at 4:30 p.m., they were able to track down the toner we needed in another building, personally deliver it to us after hours and install it so that we could complete the jobs. This is one of many times their support has helped us not miss a beat! Many thanks, Sue and Marcia. – Brett Turner (Administrative Operations)
