Sue Provo and Marcia Dillman (both Physical Facilities): On behalf of Administrative Operations, we would like to thank Sue and Marcia for going well beyond expectations by coming to our rescue when a printer unexpectedly ran out of toner in the middle of multiple print jobs at the end of the day. Within 45 minutes of contacting them at 4:30 p.m., they were able to track down the toner we needed in another building, personally deliver it to us after hours and install it so that we could complete the jobs.
