Nicole Noel and Trexie Rudd

Nicole Noel and Trexie Rudd (both Purdue University Pharmacy): Nicole Noel and Trexie Rudd have assumed numerous responsibilities over the past year in addition to providing leadership in the Purdue University Pharmacy to provide excellent patient care for student and employee prescription medication needs. Over the past year, they have expanded patient services to include pharmacist-provided oral contraceptive services to our students. In addition, they have been absolutely critical in our Protect Purdue efforts: leading initial efforts for COVID-19 testing in June 2020, providing leadership for planning and implementation of the fall flu vaccination clinics, and now assisting with preparations for on-campus COVID-19 vaccinations later this spring. In addition, Nicole has served as chairperson for the Tippecanoe County Board of Health. Their combined service to Purdue and our community during the pandemic represents an exemplary commitment to student health and overall campus public health. -- Eric Barker (College of Pharmacy)
