Tatiana Winship (Human Resources): Tatiana was unbelievably helpful as I figured out my benefits this year, especially since my husband had just retired (making everything even more confusing). Tatiana was more than amenable to rescheduling a meeting after I canceled, and she did so after the official help days for benefits had ended. She spent nearly an hour and a half on a WebEx call, and she followed up with questions that I had in an email soon after.
