John Smith

John Smith (College of Science): Working remotely has brought its challenges, but having John available to answer and fix our IT problems has been a blessing. I'm sure he would say he was just doing his job, but he goes beyond that by not making you feel computer illiterate. He always checks back with you to make sure your computer is up and running correctly. I'm glad we have John in our department! -- Jane Johanning (Chemistry)
