Amanda Warmbold and Melissa Ridgley (Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences): Amanda Warmbold and Melissa Ridgley are both outstanding administrative clerks that work in our clinic in the Department of Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences. Our clinic has undergone significant changes in the last year, and both Amanda and Melissa have made transitions in our clinic so seamless that clinical education and community services remained strong. With clinic adaptations being made for Medicare and COVID-19, they were both quick to adapt to new training, equipment and procedures requests. Every day, they show up for this challenge with an eagerness to provide outstanding service to our clients, students, faculty and community partners.
