University Residences Zone B Maintenance: I would like to give a big “Thumbs Up” to Alex Van Allen, Scott Wright and the entire maintenance technical staff of University Residences Zone B Maintenance. These individuals have given extraordinary efforts within maintenance operations through this summer and now with the start of the fall semester for residents within our Champion Heights neighborhood of Cary Quad, Owen Hall and Tarkington Hall. The maintenance staff provides great customer service while handling the large amount of work requests submitted daily by our residents. Each maintenance team member shows pride in their work while being courteous in helping our residents and other University Residences staff in which they serve. Behind the scenes, these maintenance staff provide the vital functions to keep out facilities running smoothly while making sure that our residents are comfortable and safe during this most challenging time on our campus.
