Keith Shininger and Aaron Smith (both IT Application Services): Keith, Aaron and their team have been working on a site for BGR that not only checks students into the program but also sorts them into various groups with the student-staff by particular attributes (residence hall, BGR Hall Team, BGR vs. BGRi, awareness of group makeup, etc.). We used this system for the first time this year with great success, and the team was easily accessible to help us troubleshoot or talk through any specific issues.
