Teresa Remaly (Operations and Maintenance): Teresa Remaly saved me and our shop plumbing crew countless hours. We have an enormous amount of information that was in paper form, from manuals to installation sheets to ordering catalogs -- the list goes on and on. Teresa took all this information and made us binder copies and digital copies. This streamlined how we have done some of our service work. No more hours looking for manuals and using more paper to print them off again. Everything is neatly consolidated, and if we need a new copy, we just download from our digital master.
