Tatiana Winship

Tatiana Winship (Human Resources): At 3 p.m. on Jan. 14, Tatiana received an email from me about a PhD student who did get put into the system to be able to enroll in graduate student insurance. The student was in an emergency situation and needed to see the doctor to get medicine. Without being on the list for enrollment for the health insurance, the student was not assured that if he paid retail for the medicine that it would be reimbursed by the insurance. Tatiana took this problem and by the end of business had the student enrolled in the insurance able to get the medical help and medicine needed using his newly acquired insurance benefits. Many thanks for going above and beyond what I thought would be done. It was a nice surprise! -- Loretta McKinniss (Engineering Education)
