Michelle Blackburn

Michelle Blackburn (IT Enterprise Relationship Management), Nick Rozzi (IT Enterprise Relationship Management) and members of the PREMIS support team: Huge thanks are in order for Michelle and Nick and their colleagues on the PREMIS support team. Their hard work and attention to detail over the last couple months made it possible for incoming students to register for 2020 Orientation Programs events when they accepted their offer of admission. I appreciate their flexibility in learning the wide variety of new student "if-then" scenarios, translating these complexities into more complicated technical processes, and striving for the ultimate goal of creating a smoother and clearer experience for our new students and their guests.
