Peggy Hunley and Alan Crabtree

Peggy Hunley (Purdue Memorial Union Dining) and Alan Crabtree (Purdue Dining and Catering): During our yearly kickoff for the upcoming school year, it wasn't easy for me to leave my unit, the Stewart Market, to attend. Peggy Hunley saw me and worked for me while I went and made myself a plate of lunch that was being provided for the Dining and Culinary staff. She also stayed while I ate. She went above and beyond in that regard, and she is what makes working at Purdue enjoyable. Also, the next day when I was out, my manager, Alan Crabtree, worked my store all day.
