Elaine Trueblood (Parking Facilities): Elaine offers superb customer service every day even when given rush requests for parking passes. We had Presbyterian Youth Triennium last week, and I was given three rush requests for parking passes to be obtained that same day. Each time I asked Elaine to fill these requests, she dropped what she was doing and got the passes ready right away.
