Joe Faulkner

Joe Faulkner (IT Application Services): I have worked with Joe on various projects for years. I have always appreciated the way Joe commits to whatever project or problem he's trying to solve for us partners. He quietly and tenaciously pursues solutions that make the most sense for all concerned. He challenges customers to be clear about what we're asking or what problem we're trying to solve. Very often, once he's gotten what he needs from the customer, the next communication is "here is the solution" followed by a comprehensive explanation.
