Hannah Fields

Hannah Fields (Building Services): Hannah was training me at Neil Armstrong Hall for a carpet work order when an Armstrong employee approached her with a carpet concern. Although Hannah had a large job, which included training a new employee (myself), she found the time to listen to the concern of the Armstrong employee. After listening to the concern, she asked to see the specific area, pausing her current task. At the specific area of concern, Hannah was able to identify the issue, perform an on-the-spot verbal training to prevent the issue from future occurrence and addressed how to handle the current problem at hand. While she was verbally training the Armstrong employee, she took the time to fill in the holes in the training (cause and effects) I was missing from context uses. Hannah's leadership, customer service and patience while managing her time and resources were impressive to say the very least. I appreciate the efforts made on her part greatly. Way to go, Hannah! – Laurie Nash (Building Services)
