Tony Hayden

Tony Hayden (IT Customer Relations and Process Management): I came in on a Monday morning to find my computer had quit working. I called ITaP’s service center, and the technician walked me through their Tier 1 protocols and determined it would have to be escalated to Tier 2. Within the hour, I received a call from Tony to set up a visit for that very day, and he was there within 20 minutes. The motherboard was bad and had to be sent in. He provided me a loaner and set it up the same day. I lost very little productivity due to the incredible service. Before the week was out, he called to let me know that the computer motherboard had arrived and was installed, and he could bring it to me and get me back up and running. That is a complete turnaround in less than three days! While he was there, he also helped me recover a corrupted file that I used every day. I want to give a big thank you and "Thumbs Up" for the high level of quality service he provided, and will work hard to emulate his dedication moving forward.
