Steve Freeland (Operations and Maintenance): I usually prefer not to single out an individual, instead trying to umbrella as many of the folks that help us out as possible under the same "Thumbs Up," but this morning I'd like to take a minute to give a thank you to Steve Freeland, our Zone 4 IAQ, who never fails to work the problem, find the solution, communicate the situation, and do it all with a great attitude.
