Heath Browning (Hillenbrand Dining Court): We wanted to take a moment to recognize the excellence that Chef Heath Browning brings to Hillenbrand Dining Court. Chef Browning's support for our students, creative advice, and nonstop willingness to help with our gingerbread project for Purdue Dining & Catering's annual gingerbread competition was truly appreciated. We'd also like to recognize his work on the recent holiday buffet, which received the following student feedback: “Everything was delicious and I went back for thirds.” “I would normally never eat something like cranberry panna cotta, but it was so pretty, I just had to try it and it was scrumptious.” We appreciate Chef for his creativity, his wealth of knowledge and willingness to share his passion for his craft with us.
