Chris Kanable and Ron Seward (Materials Management Distribution): Our department has undergone many changes, and one of them is the amount of our hardware storage. We are currently working with a fourth of the size of storage we've had in the past. With the change, we have to move hardware more frequently. The surplus team has been a tremendous help with keeping the storage emptied in a rather quick fashion. Just today, I had received an approved property accounting form for salvage pickup to have the guys arrive at my office to remove the hardware. What rock stars! That is what I call service and at a time when we need that space for more items.
