Terri Donald (Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital): I would like to thank Terri Donald for her constant positive attitude and "can-do" spirit. She always has a smile on her face when helping us and goes the extra mile to make sure we have exactly what we need. She even gives toys and treats to our own pets when they need to come into work with us.
