Tammy Zick (College of Engineering): Tammy stepped in at 4:30 p.m. on a very busy day to process a large order. I felt bad about not being able to complete the task, and I really appreciated her willingness to step in and take it over -- especially because she did it with such grace and didn't show any kind of distress over being asked.
