Steve Schwartz

Steve Schwartz (IT Customer Relations and Process Management) Non-working audio in the middle of a class lecture that required multiple video examples was an instructor's nightmare! I am beyond grateful for Steve Schwartz from ITaP Operations First Shift who immediately responded to my phone call and came to my classroom to offer help. Steve troubleshot the problem thoroughly and in a few minutes was able to fix the issue. Without his help, I would not have been able to complete my planned teaching materials for today. -- Pamela K.
