Jessica Harvey

Jessica Harvey (Office of the Vice President for Information Technology) and Joe Freeman (IT Customer Relations and Process Management): I was having technical issues with Fourwinds software running digital menus in one of the dining operations in the Union, and I couldn't figure out how to fix the problem. Jessica and Joe offered to meet me in the operation to troubleshoot the issue the next day and were so helpful and positive. Menus were needed before the start of school, and there was a time crunch to get them working. I wouldn't have gotten the issue resolved without their expertise. Jessica even stayed past our scheduled meeting time to help explain what I needed to do moving forward. Thank you both for all of your help!
