Michelle Ellrich

Michelle Ellrich (Purdue Memorial Union Dining): Near the end of the spring semester, Michelle graciously offered a tour of the Au Bon Pain for Capital Projects student employees. They learned about customer circulation for the facility, storage space needs, and responsibilities required to activate an operation behind the scenes.
