Jeremy Slate

Jeremy Slate (Operations and Maintenance): Just wanted to send a quick email to pass along our thanks and gratitude to Jeremy for all the hard work he does over here keeping our elevators up and running. I know that several of the guys have been over here at one time or another, but Jeremy is the one that I run into most often. He will often come and find me to explain what is going on or to show me what a car is doing. He also stops by when he’s done to update us on progress or explain where we’re at in the process. This most recent issue, a motherboard replacement on car 1E03, had a lot of tweaking to do to the parameters, over and above just simply swapping out the boards. We appreciate Jeremy’s persistence, sticking with it until he had the car/s running at peak performance. I’m sure this is the kind of quality service he provides to all the buildings he’s assigned, but we’re grateful to rely on his expertise here in our buildings. – Michael Humphrey (Krannert School of Management)
