Patricia Riley and Mike Dickey (both IT Customer Relations and Process Management): Thanks, Patty, for always double-checking A/V requests against rooming requests. You have helped me be more efficient financially and logistically by comparing my A/V requests against my rooming requests and making the appropriate recommendations. Over the years of working with you, you have proved to be an invaluable asset. Your suggestions and prompt responses demonstrate exceptional customer service. And thanks to Mike Dickey and his team for assistance on my last event, which wouldn't have been as successful without your help in getting us the special accommodations needed.
