Andrea Battista (IT Customer Relations and Process Management): Andrea goes out of her way to find answers and solutions, even when the problem is outside of her direct responsibilities. I know that if I reach out to her there will be some resolution, and she will track down the issue and follow up until I have what I need to move forward. In a system set up to provide customer service through a ticket system, Andrea always takes the more personal approach.
