Monica Bloom

Monica Bloom (Center for Advocacy, Response and Education): The support and advocacy that CARE provides is often emotionally demanding and exhausting work, yet Monica consistently makes the well-being and support of our students a top priority. Her leadership, as the director of CARE, has been immensely important in establishing the positive reputation among the students and the faculty and staff who utilized CARE in our inaugural semester as a fully functioning center. Monica is able to coordinate the day-to-day operations of CARE with the foresight to see how the daily decisions contribute to the larger, long-term vision for CARE.
