Elliott Jerome (IT Customer Relations and Process Management): Thanks to Elliott Jerome, ITaP desktop services specialist, for once again providing great customer service by immediately resolving a computer-related issue others had told me needed to be escalated to higher tier for resolution. Thanks for listening to my issue, remoting into my computer to get firsthand knowledge, and figuring out a way to fix the issue immediately.
