Jayne Dack, Amber Granson and Melissa Whitcomb (all Regenstrief Center for Healthcare Engineering): I appreciate all that Jayne and the administrative team do to help the Lean Team at PHA. There are many things that need to be coordinated for us to lead a training session, and the team is always thorough, complete and proactive at addressing issues.
