Kathy Summerfield (Business Office of University Residences): I would like to nominate Kathy Summerfield for a "Thumbs Up" award. Kathy goes the extra mile working in the Business Office of University Residences. She reminds us when payroll is due, when there is a holiday, and she makes sure we are all well-versed in the processes of payroll if we need to be prepared for the unusual. Kathy's genuine knowledge of the business office and procedures allows me the opportunity of having someone to turn to if needed. She always does this professionally and with a smile.
