Charles "Bill" Allen (Purdue Conferences): I asked Bill to try to fix a file cabinet drawer that was stuck. He wasn't able to, so he swapped out that file cabinet with one that had working drawers. He took care to remove the files and keep them in the right order. Then, he placed them back into the working file cabinet in the correct order.
