Patty Riley (IT Customer Relations): Patty called our office on a Friday -- just prior to a large event we were involved in on the following Monday -- just to make sure we had our A/V requests in. She didn’t see a request from us, so she proactively called to check in. That was not part of her job description, but she shared with me that she had a crazy week, and she didn’t want anyone to have a crazy Monday. Thank you, Patty.
