Brenda Stone

Brenda Stone (Hilltop Apartments): I wanted to nominate Brenda Stone from Hilltop Apartments. Brenda plays a vital role on our team. Brenda led our staff and students in getting items to help with Natalie's Animal Shelter. We collected dog food, dog biscuits, dog bones, blankets, cleaning supplies and some cash to Natalie's Second Chance Dog Shelter in Lafayette. When coming to pick up their gifts, they brought a puppy. The students and staff were able to see the puppy and play with it. We wanted to keep the puppy and change her name to Hilltop so she would have a home. The puppy's name was Prim and became very popular. We want to keep up on Prim to see who adopts her. Thank you, Brenda, for giving us this opportunity to learn what happens with animals that do not have a home. -- Janice Worley (Hilltop Apartments)
