Zone 4 Operations and Maintenance: These individuals work very hard to make sure everything runs smoothly on a daily basis. Just to show their promptness in meeting our needs: We emailed building deputy Bill Allen on Monday at 8:20 a.m., not even expecting a response until later in the day. By 8:39 a.m. these guys had the ball rolling to solve our office dilemma, and by 9 a.m., they came to our office to let us know they were working on a solution. Wow!
