Students working on the ground floor of Stewart Center: On Nov. 17, tornado warnings sent hundreds into the lower levels of Stewart Center to wait out the storm. Several students working in their offices on the ground floor of Stewart Center went out of their way to roll and carry their chairs into the hallways to provide seating to those unable to stand for extended periods of time. They did this by flashlight and cell phone light in the darkened hallways, as the power was out as well.
