Cathy Aper and Ruth Ann Bowles (Printing Services): Cathy did a remarkable job with a program for our Awards Convocation for the School of Mechanical Engineering. She was given the job a week before the event from another Printing Services employee and turned the project around quickly and efficiently and did an excellent job. Ruth Ann is always pleasant, accommodating and helpful anytime you call Printing Services -- that is sincerely appreciated. You can always count on this group to come through in a pinch.
