Tina Deno (IT Customer Relations): Thank you to Tina Deno for all the help she provided on the Camtasia/Snag-It upgrade and removal of Adobe Presenter. She was instrumental in coordinating fixes to the package with Smart Computing as well as coordinating communications and reports for the service managers.
