Susan Ticen (Materials Management Distribution): I wish to recognize Susan Ticen and her colleagues from Purdue Surplus for a job well done with the recent sale of surplus pianos from the Hall of Music. The Surplus staff couldn't have done a better job of making such a daunting task run so smoothly. Susan and the Surplus team went beyond my expectations in terms of being customer-oriented.
