Jed Payne
Jed Payne (Earhart Residence Hall): Housing and Food Services wants to give a "Thumbs Up" to Jed Payne, the most recent recipient of our new HFS ACTS award. Jed received the latest award for being a steward of our resources. As a level VII maintenance worker at Earhart Residence Hall, Jed is a thrifty innovator and positive influence on his team. His ingenuity is evident in the things he invents -- such as a cart to haul bed frames and accessories for bunking -- to make the job easier for himself and other workers. He consistently draws attention with his first-class workmanship and with his efforts to save resources. Jed does his job with a smile and never says anything unkind to anyone. -- Housing and Food Services
